Charles E. Westbrook, Principal
Charlie has been professionally involved in the business of conservation and preservation finance for over five years. His experience is backed by his passion and knowledge from his seven-year term as a Board Director for Citizens for Fauquier County (CFFC) where he fought for open space lands and smart growth solutions for Fauquier County.
As a Real Estate Agent with Atoka Properties at Middleburg Real Estate, Charlie applies his extensive knowledge of conservation easements, the Virginia Land Preservation Tax Credit Program, and conservation finance to a working real estate practice for the benefit of Atoka Conservation’s clients.
From 1999 to 2005, Charlie served in senior management level positions with NobleStar and Sierra Systems in the information technology/ software development consulting field. He specialized within the software engineering arena serving Fortune 1000 and federal government clients overseeing growth through both organic growth and acquisition efforts.
Charlie is a 1985 graduate of Vanderbilt University. He served as the President of the Board of the NOVA Manassas Symphony Orchestra from 2007 – 2009. He resides in Fauquier County with his two daughters.
